The Immersive Room is a digital space inside frontline.io where you can place a Digital Twin and interact with it. Teams can enter and find themselves in settings like a factory or an office, explore the equipment, and collaborate in real time. Whatever happens in the room is saved, so teams can return and continue learning at any time.

Which devices can I use for Immersive Training?

Any device. The same Immersive Room runs on smartphones (iOS and Android), tablets, PC, Microsoft HoloLens 2, and HMS SiNGRAY G2. Reality modes include screen, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, and Virtual Reality. No rebuilding for each device.

Can I invite external participants such as customers or partners?

Yes. Rooms can be made public for external participants, or kept private for your internal workspace. Share a direct link to bring anyone into the session. Admission settings let you control whether guests need approval to enter.

Can I control what participants can do inside the room?

Yes. You can configure permissions per room: who can add or edit media, who can use the pointer tool, and whether microphone access is enabled or disabled for participants.

Does the Immersive Room work with Interactive Flows?

Yes. The Immersive Room allows for the creation of Interactive Flows for training and support, giving users a hands-on experience guided by step-by-step procedures on the Digital Twin.
